Massage Basics Partner Workshop
A two- or four-hour workshop that will prepare you to massage your friends and family without the need of specialized tools or oils . All you need are your hands, and you will be able to massage anytime, anywhere! You will learn safe and effective basic techniques and body mechanics to facilitate relaxation and relieve muscle tension through lecture, demonstration, and hands on practice with a partner.
Herb of the Month
Join our virtual classroom as we discuss the Herb of the Month! Each time you attend, you will learn basic information about that month's herb, including traditional and modern uses, contraindications, and growing and harvesting tips. You will also receive a digital handout and sample recipes or medicine making prompts utilizing the herb.
